The cover art was designed by Belinda Ugalde Mellado, lead graphic artist for Dinamik Multimedia Solutions. Belinda used a patch quilt motif to illustrate and celebrate the many ethnicities that The Job Seeker's Guide to Diversity Employment Resources targets. She sought out imagery that members of different cultures would instantly recognize and feel a sense of connection.
“The main idea I love about the quilt is that each symbol tells a story and the stories are united as the different ethnicities of the minorities of the US are united in their communities”, she explained.
